How to cancel an order line for a configured product where the associated Production ID has been pro

According to PeopleBooks you can use the Pegging Workbench to remove Pegs; which is required to cancel an order line that is pegged to a PID that is 'in process'.  To break (remove) a peg, enter zero in the Open Qty Pegged field and then click the Save button. This didn't seem to remove the peg entirely; therefore we still cannot cancel the order line. The order line remains tied to the PID in SF_PRDNID_HEADR and CP_OPT_HDR, hence the error on the sales order when attempting to cancel the order line. I don’t see anywhere online where you can edit

Howdy, Stranger!
