OLM R12.1 - Unable to activate Enrollment PopUp window for LP subscriptions

Hi,

I try to activate the enrollment pop up window on the subscription for learning path. I personalized the page as shown:

Scope  Region: Learning path subscriptions

Document Name  /oracle/apps/ota/shared/enrollment/webui/ListOfEnrollmentsRN

Function  List of Enrollments for Learning Path

Popup Enabled - true

Popup ID - EnrollPopUp

Popup Render Event - onHover

Rendered - SPEL ${oa.FunctionSecurity.OTA_ENR_UPDATE}

for responsibilty level.

when applying the changes, I get Error on page on Internet Explorer 8 and the personalization does not work.
