Replacement of gme_api_pub.certify_batch in R12

Hi Gurus,
we are in process of upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, while upgrading i am facing some issue.
There is an procedure gme_api_pub.certify_batch in 11i but in R12 we don't have it.
Can you tell me how can we replace it.
