Siebel Environment building on VM

Hi All,
We are evaluating plans to move existing Siebel standalone environment to VM based servers along with Oracle RAC. Would you please share your experiences on Running Siebel Application on VM along with Oracle RAC nodes running on VM as well ? Was there any performance considerations,gain,loss that one experienced and would like to share general observations ?
