SEA 8.1.1.3 to SIA 8.1.1.11 Production Test issues

Hi All,

We are doing a 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA upgrade. The Development Upgrep and Upgphys went fine. It is has Binary Sort/Case Sensitive DB.

The Production Test environment,  which is Case Insensitive, Upgrep+Upgphys is encountering a slewof errors related to Unique Key violations. For example, the Catalog Order Header Form Applet has two different Applet Web Template Items named "Account FINSLabel" and "Account FinsLabel". This is fine in our Dev environment because the Sort Order lets them both exist as separate records. However, because our QA (Production Test) environment is Case Insensitive, it sees those as the same name. The Import New Customer Repository step of the Database Upgrade bombs out because of this with errors such as:
