Price field in Quotation Price Break window do not get value from Quotation line level Price

 Dear All,
When RFQ is used to auto create quotation, Quotation line price which user has entered is not defaulted to Price field in Quotation Price break window. User has to go to Price break and specify the Discount as Zero to take the price from Quotation Line level.

Is there any way where we can have Price field take value from Quotation line level without going into price break window..

This Situation however do not occur when quotation is created manually.in such case when user entered quotation line price, same price gets populated in price break window.
