Company name is missing in 1099 forms while printing.

 Hi Experts,
I have applied 2013 1099 patch (17896105) in test instance and noticed below issue.When I am printing 1099 form the Company name is not printing/displaying in below field but address line1 / city/state and ZIP code is printing as expected.

Could you please let me know what is issue for not printing Company name in the below field.


field name:
PAYER'S name,street address,city,state,ZIP code and telephone no.
