Hello!

Which reporting/calendar year (2013 or 2014) is the New Informational Balance 'ACA Employee Hours' need to take effect(start feeding).  This is the New Informational Balance delivered in the End Of Year 2013 Phase 3 Patch on January 15, 2014?
