MFS Multiple Platforms is up and running but no Tasks are being synched

We have the Multiple Platform app for Mobile Field Service up and running on an iPhone.  The synch process runs but there are no Tasks shown.  Whenever we try chaning the Task filter, it always says, "No records found.".  We do have tasks assigned to the logged in user - if we use the Wirelsss internet browser method to connect the iPhone to the EBS instance we can see tasks under Today's Tasks.  What would prevent the tasks from working with the Multiple Platforms app?

We are running R12.1.3 with app version 12.1.3.9.9.

When I query CSL_CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_ACC and CSL_JTF_TASK_ASS_ACC, there are no records.
