OEM 12.1.0.3 Security Access Question

Hi,

We are looking for a way to control access to jobs within the Job System in OEM 12.1.0.3 that would allow "Admin" access to everyone in the DBA Team without having to grant access at the job level, i.e., if Jim creates a job we would like Bob to have full update access without Jim needing to grant access. 

We have done some research and found that you cannot grant individual job access to a role; similarly, granting "Super Admin" access only allows "View" not "Full".  There are 8+ members so, we're hoping there is an "Admin" type role that will grant this automitically.
