Miscellaneous transaction: INVTTMTX NO PROJECT FIELD

 I'm doing a miscellaneous transaction that is associated to Project but the project field does not appear, however when I change the organization and do the same, the project field appear; I want to know if there is some set up to associate transactions with organizations.
