Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Po receipt transaction serial AND sales order returns receipts serial BOTH are in the same sequence..

Which confusing the purchasing users sometimes for the serial drops..

Is it possible to give the sales returns any other serial ? any setup maybe ?
