'Launch Pick Release' Option From 'Shipping Transaction Form Not Submitting Document Set (Doc ID 417

 Hi All, 
I am unable to do the Pick Release using Shipping Transaction form and founds the reason was in the document set where I have attached the Pick Slip Report. 

Mine SR Correspondent ask me to do RTA Pick Slip Report which I dont know how to do it. 

Will you please to suggest me what to do ?
