2 Questions for Financial Report Submission

Hi,

I need your advice for 2 steps of Financial Report Submission,

1. Template - What is the purpose of template? Where can I find the detail of template?

2. Report Repository - What is the purpose of template? Do I have to create a new folder for myself use only? What if I use a existing one?

It would be great if any document for Financial Report Submission detail. I can find a simple description only from GL user guide.
