E1 9.1 - text attachments in Chrome vs IE

Hi All, has anyone here noticed a difference in behavior of media attachments in IE and Chrome in 9.1 (tools rel: 9.1.3). I have noticed, in some applications (like P03B2002), text attachment option is not visible in Chrome while adding attachments (but available in IE). Is that a known issue? Thank you.
