OPM Lot Expiry and Lot Retest - Workflow activation disabled ( Field is protected against update)

Hi,
I was trying to enable 'OPM Lot Expiry and Lot Retest" worklfow. and system is protected against udpate

OPM System administration >  Workflow Setup > Workflow Activation > OPM Lot Expiry and Lot Retest  ( Enable flag greyed out)

How to enable the workflow?
