Active Directory Authentication with EBS R12

 Hi,

Our production configuration is as shown below:

4 Node Apps Tier : 2 node LAN

                               2 node DMZ

1 Node DB Tier 

The Apps Version is 12.1.3

The DB Version  is     11.2.0.3

Our company is now planning for 2 Phase in Authentication:

Phase 1: Active directory authentication with R12 without SSO

Phase 2: Implement SSO

I have the below doubts:

1. I would like to know if its possible to configure only Active directory authentication in R12 without SSO ?
2. Document to be followed to achieve  Active directory authentication with R12 without SSO ?
3. Is Active Directory Authentication part of SSO implementation using Oracle Access Manager ?
