File attachment size limit in Oracle iSupport

 Client wants its iSupport customer users to be able to attach large files (400 MB plus) to the SR in iSupport.  I was trying to work with the system profile  'Upload File Size Limit' at application level of iSupport.
I saved the size limit of 1000000000  . The default unit is KB.  So when I attach 400 MB file in iSupport, it tries upload the file and then hangs up.


Is there something I am missing here? Is there another way to increase size limit of iSupport and not face this technical difficulty.
