Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hi,

i was successfully able to add new field at work request for asset description. but i can't do the same for my work order. can you help me out here?

Using Personalization in Oracle eAM is the document i used for adding new field at work request. please check attachment.
