One View Report Layout not appear.

Hi,
I installed BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.0 and i configured Feature Authorization and softcoding. (tools release 9.1.4)

After that i can able to see one view and add reports, after saving that report the BI layout not coming.

((((SSL connection between the E1 HTML server nad BIP Server is must requried for one view reporing???)))))

can any one help for this.
