How to control data view when generate a PL account elimination from BS account

 When I write HFM rules, I have some trouble when generate a PL account's elimination from BS account.

Sometimes, I want the source value from BS account will be a periodic value of PL account elimination.


Sometimes, I want the source value from BS account will be a YTD value of PL account elimination.


However, I find for situation 1 I need to set consolidateYTD as N to get correct result. For situation 2, I need to set consolidate YTD as Y to get correct result.


As you know, consolidate YTD can only be one value for a sceanrio.


So does that means I cannot get both situation 1 and 2 at same scenario?
