Error when invoking Business Service from Browser Script. (Cannot get service SBL-UIF-00275)

Hello,
Has anybody had problems with invoking Business Services from Browser Scripts after upgrade to 8.2.2.4?

I`m getting error: Cannot get service (SBL-UIF-00275). I`ve checked that Application User Props "ClientBusinessService"  are in place and the sequence is also fine. The problem is in both modes - HI and OpenUI. 

I tried to reproduce the issue on Sample, but there it works fine.

Please share your experience in case you had such problem or give some hints what else to check, cause I`m running out of ideas.
