Hi,
ECO status still shows 'OPEN' & system do not permit to implement it,please find attached screen shot.

Please help /provide the suggestion to resolve this issue ..

Note : We have found the metalink id relevant to this issue

Provided  sql in  metalink id we had ran & got the  ECO number having issue ..
