Application Start Date profile in iSupport related document (Doc ID 1405462.1)

Doc ID 1405462.1 in support has an issue related to defaulting page for iSupport users.

"This can be done by setting the profile, Applications Start Date, to the appropriate Home Page value.

This value is also set when a User goes to the Preferences link in the Navigator and sets the default home page.

You can set the Preferences for one User to verify the 'Application Start Date' profile value and then set this profile on the back end for all Users"

I could not find "Application Start Date" profile anywhere in the applications. I know the user preference settings and was able to make home age default upon login. But client would like to set this for all users instead of instructing users to do it self.
