Server Package build

Hi Team,Please let me know, during server package build on what criteria /include & /source files are being copied to server from deployment server. I have seen difference in count on server and client. 
Actually I'm facing one issue on server package build due to missing data structure .h file (DE0092.h). The same files exists on deployment server check in location.
