How restrict not to display from LOVs too many old periods while submitting concurrent requests or o

HI,

Can we restrict not to display from LOVs too many old periods while submitting concurrent requests or on various forms.For example I want to display only two consequent years  like :  2012-13 periods and 2013 -14 periods and not shown in LOVs 2011-12, 2010-11 etc.
