Need suggestion on Critical Patch updated for January 2014

 Hello Team,
I am new for applying patch on weblogic Sun JDK and JROCKIT JDK. Need the information on Critical Patch updated for January 2014.

1) How we will identify which component is effect for  Critical Patch updated for January 2014?

2)How to find the weblogic , JRockit and Sun JDK version from command line?( I tried using the command java weblogic.version but it is not showing the version, Is there any way to identify the versions)?

3)Currently  we are using weblogic 10.3.1 and 10.3.4.0, 10.3.6.0, 12.1.1.1.0 versions ,do we have any Critical Patch updated for January 2014.?

4) Currently we are using jrockit-jdk1.6.0_24-R28.1.3-4.0.1-linux-x64  do we have any Critical Patch updated for January 2014?
