i-Setup extract(XML File)

Hi,
We have Setup Payment Process Profiles in 1 Instance for around 10 entities and when we are taking the i-Setup extract for copying the same Setup to another Instance 1 Tab i.e. Usage Rules Tab out of 7 Tabs is not getting extracted. We have also checked the i-Setup extract(XML File) and there is no TAG existing for Usage Rules. We have to Setup the same manually which is a huge effort.
