Error while inserting into AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES

 Hi ,
We are upgrading Oracle EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3
Before upgrading main driver, we applied oracle recommended preinstall patches.
In preinstall patches log file, there are messages as below.

Pease make sure that the baseline introducing patch has been applied,
and the files which are in the above mentioned directory are renamed to
 /PRODAPPL/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/MOCK5/adpsv20140110230215.txt,
before loading these files to your database

I renamed those files from adpsv20140110230215_preinstall.txt to adpsv20140110230215.txt .

After that, we applied main driver.  But it has error like below in log file.


ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("APPLSYS"."AD_TRACKABLE_ENTITIES"."CODELEVEL")
