What will be the final cost of the item and what is the value report

I have in stock 100 items with 10 usd as a cost as belowcost information :
material 10 usd
resource zero usd
the total value report will show 1000 usd

now create a work order  with the same cost components and add resources for 2 usd as resources

the new quantity is 101
the new cost is 12 as below
material 10 usd
resource 2 usd

what will show the value report? 101 * 12 = 1212 usd is it correct?
