OPM Cost Allocation Process take a long time to process.

Hi,

        I got the problem when I executed the OPM Cost Allocation Process took a long time to process. It couldn't completed the process even it have got the 48 hrs. I searched on the Oracle knowledge base "OPM Cost Allocation Program In R12 Is Taking 9 Hours For Completion. (Doc ID 1533049.1)" which inform that must check some file version. I have checked the file version which my file version is newer than the required version. Regards,
