Restriction of Legal Entity and Ledger Values based on MO Security Profile

Hi,

We have two Legal Entities.  The two Legal Entities have separate OPM Financial Responsibilities.We have assigned the MO Security Profile at Responsibility Level.  But both Legal Entity Values are shown in the list of values of either responsibilities in Actual Cost Process, Cost Update and OPM Accounting Pre-Processor Forms (both in process and query mode) and all other standard concurrent programs (both process realated and reports related).  The other modules Ledger and Legal Entity List of values can be restricted by attaching the MO Security Profile.  How we can achieve this for OPM Financials Module Responsibilities without personalization.
