Mobile user - DB Extact issue

Dear Team,

While trying  database extract for MOBILE  user in SIEBEL 8.1.1.11 we are getting below error:


1> SBL-SMI-00077: Component error, see the trace file for more information

2> SBL-DBX-00083: Unable to start due to incorrect system preference setting

-- SR Broker , TransProc and Siebel Remote Comp grp and its related component are running.

However when we are trying with Remote user its getting success.

Any input?
