unable to run a report in forms

Dear All,

I have forms/reports 11g r2 (11.1.2.0) and I have installed it under development mode,

But while testing I am calling a report inside a form, the report gives the message

rep-52266 unable to start the in process rep... server , error

I have trying a lot but no solution in sight.

remember weblogic and forms/reports have been installed in the development mode.

Please help
