Missing patch in the Solaris 8-10 update library

Hi,
Is the X86 Solaris 10 kernel patch 150401-07 missing from the Ops Center metadata ? I can see the SPARC version (150400-07), but the X86 version is missing. I know It is present because I am able to download it from updates.oracle.com but I cannot see it in Ops Center.
