Oracle BI Publisher Enterprise Post Install Steps for Seeded/Custom Templates and Data Definitions

Please point me to documents that provide information on what to do with  Seeded/custom Templates and Data Definitions post upgrade to stand alone 10g or 11g BI Publisher Enterprise.  We are currently on Oracle Applications EBS 12.1.3 and XML Publisher 5.6.3.  Our directions to upgrade to  10g or 11g based on licensing constraints.
