I can not cancel an oc

Hi,

I can not cancel an oc.  The system send this message:

APP-PO-14160 Document action not completed successfully.

The Doc Id 1309940.1 say that the cause is because the charge account is not enabled, but in this case, the carge account es Enabled.

What other reason is not letting cancel  the OC?
