Schedule repeating request

Hello Friends

One of my users scheduled a payment process request to run on a daily basis and all these days it is working fine with no issues but she is now complaning that the requests are scheduling but getting disapeared from Jan 2014 onwards, any clue on why this is happening?

And also if i want to see the parameters of her scheduled requests, is there any way to see them?

We are R12.1.2
