Discrepancy in funds & account inquiry for budget column

 Hi,
There is a difference of $43K in the budget column when inquire on funds and account screens for the same period range.

User tried a budget transfer and not sure what happened they accidentally closed the application and now we see this difference in both screens.

We could not find any budget journals created for this amount.

I could see the transaction in gl_bc_packets with status_code as A.

There are no other pending transactions to post.

Any help is appreciated.
