Modifying OTL Timecard Layout

 Hi All,
I have modified the timecard layout by addidng a new "Choice List" where the data should be defaulted to "Null" and the dropdown list has "Yes" option at the Timecard entry page. But when the timecard is entered and navigated to the "Review" page, the column is getting defaulted with "Yes" value, even if the null at the first page.

To solve this issue, I set the Value Set values as "Yes" and "No", with this expectation that the "No" will be set as default, but that is also not happening. Yes\No is coming as options in the drop down and when no selection is done and moved to the review page, "Yes" is getting selected as default.
