Loading Metadata from PeopleSoft Financials to specific Hyperion Planning Dimension Hierarchies

Is there a way to load PeopleSoft Trees to specific Hierarchies in Planning using FDMEE 11.1.2.3 (ERPi)?

I would like to load certain chartfield trees to specific hierarchy dimensions in planning for example:

GASB_DEPTS to Entity->Total Entity

GASB_FUNDS to Fund->Total Fund

Currently, the PeopleSoft trees are loaded as a GEN2 hierarchy.
