Is it possible to edit AN8 on the Equipment Work Order - P13714?

Hi,

Is it possible to edit AN8 on the Equipment Work Order - P13714 if there is a labor and Parts list record against this work order?

What is the reason behind not allowing the edit? Please let me know.
