Very slow query performance on a db instance compared to other db instances on the same node.

  Exadata Experts,
Strange performance issue.

One db instance (lets call it AA) on one node of a 4 db node Exadata is experiencing very slow performance across the board.  However other instances running on the same node are blindingly fast.

Running 11.2.0.3 db instances on a 11.2.3.2.1 Grid. Solaris 11 on the db servers.

All our databases are single instance - we are not running RAC (believe it or not)

Instance AA is configured with a MEMORY_TARGET of 20G and shares the same diskgroups as the other db instances, however query times are tens of times slower on this instance.

There are no disk errors reported in v$asm* or any errors reported in database/ASM/cell log files.
