ORA-12899: value too large for column NODE_NAME

Hi All,

My customer's architecture a Single APPS node and 2 RAC DB, also their Oracle Linux is running on Exadata.
When customer submit "OAM Applications Dashboard Collection" Request, they will face bellow error message.
Updated system property java.protocol.handler.pkgs to HTTPClient

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "APPLSYS"."FND_OAM_APP_SYS_STATUS"."NODE_NAME" (actual: 34, maximum: 30)

Their Oracle Linux is running on Exadata.So they can't edit network file.
