How to remove values in dashboard prompt

Hi All,
Currently I have four values assigned in the dashboard prompt. I want to hide one value in the dashboard filter. The business vertical field is having the same value 'Opportunity.PICK_2' both in the dashboard prompt and in the reports.

Attached is the screenshot for dashboard prompt and the report. One filter has been applied on the report related to business vertical and the filter has not been applied on dashboard prompt.

Please suggest how can we use the presentation variable in the dashboard prompt.
