Uploaded the data in requisition template using PO_REQ_TEMPLATE_SV.INSERT_LINE API but the item is

After uploading the item  in requisition template  using PO_REQ_TEMPLATE_SV.INSERT_LINE API but the item is not showing in Shopping List in i-Procurement.
When manually entering the item in the same template is visible in i-procurement.
