Non routine work order mechanism in Oracle cMRO

Dear Members,

I would appreciate if any one can guide me in answering following queries:

1) Is there any possibility to add operations on run time on a work order created from a non routine request. Right now I have not seen any add new row button on work orders?
2) Business flow of non routine works in cMRO, if available.
