Invalid transaction UOM error in mtl_transactions_interface in EBS 11i

Hello Team,

I am getting error while performing miscellanious transaction for an item as :

Transaction UOM is invalid for the given item and organization combinations.

We are trying to enter transaction in Primary unit of measure for this organization which is "PC". but getting above error and when we goto that form and try to select UOM from list of values then I can see only one value for UOM which is 'EA'. This uom 'EA' is the base UOM of the class in which both UOM have been defined.

What setup we need to verify to resolve it.
