Getting error while applying oct 2013 cpu patch 17203918

Hi All,
I am getting the below while applying the oct'13 cpu patch 17203918  in our instance.

AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'pay html pyauselp.jsp'


Error occurred in version checking.
See above error messages or AutoPatch log file for details.
Exiting AutoPatch...

You should check the file
/tui/fire/fisx/fisxappl/admin/FISX/log/u17203918.log

for errors.
