D&B integration - getting error "Unable to connect to the D&B database"
Hi,
I have setup the D&B integration using a test account I received from D&B. However, when I try to purchase/update data, I always get an error (see screenshot attached).
Does anybody know how I can effectively find out what is wrong? i.e. is it the connection? is it the user/password? is it something else?
